JMG Pav bhaji Masala is a spice blend used to create authentic Mumbai-style street food and enhance various other savory dishes.1. Preparation of Classic Pav Bhaji To achieve the best flavor, add the masala during the base-cooking stage:

  • Step 1: Boil and mash vegetables (potatoes, cauliflower, peas, carrots).
  • Step 2: In a pan, melt butter and sauté chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies until translucent.
  • Step 3: Add tomatoes and capsicum. Cook until soft.
  • Step 4: Add 1–2 tablespoons of JMG Pav bhaji Masala along with red chili powder, turmeric, and salt.
  • Step 5: Stir for 1–2 minutes until the spices are fragrant, then mix in the mashed vegetables and simmer with a little water. 

2. Alternative Culinary Uses This masala is highly versatile and can be used as a flavor booster in many common recipes:
