Due to the perishable nature of spices, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened, used, or tampered with.

The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
2. Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement (as per your choice).

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.

3. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or partially consumed spice packets.

Products purchased during promotional sales or discounts (unless damaged/defective).

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
