1. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of spices, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • You received the wrong product, or

    • The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


2. Refunds

  • If your return request is approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement (as per your choice).

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • In case of replacement, shipping timelines will be communicated to you.


3. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed spice packets.

  • Products purchased during promotional sales or discounts (unless damaged/defective).

  • Items not purchased directly from our official store/website.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please share an unboxing video or photo proof with us at [your email/contact].

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
